Health & fitness goal:

I want to lose 20 pounds (or more) by the end of the summer. I’m going on walks in the parks and on the bike trails with my daughter and her family, and I’m doing more yoga and low impact aerobics. Of course I’ll be eating more foods from Kashi because they’re delicious and good for you.
