Health & fitness goal:

Training for the 2009 Ride for Life, and possibly a Triathalon someday, by:
1. Walking to and from work during the week (30 miles a week)
2. Cycling half an hour during the week (
35 miles a week)
3. Doing something fun and challenging on weekends (a multi-mile hike, climbing, cycling).
