This is a great recipe! I just made some with a few substitutions: no pretzels, added Craisins, and used Jif PB with honey instead of almond butter (had to go with whatever I had on-hand!) YUMMY!

Looking forward to trying this. Will take out coconut to make it a bit healthier and I’ll try using Smucker’s all natural chunky peanut butter. Other flavored chips might be good, too, instead of chocolate, as Memily said, “had to go with whatever I had on-hand.”

I made these last night and altough the choclate was slightly messy I did find that when making the haystacks it is easy to put them in muffin cups! The muffin cups make a perfect portion and keep from getting messy! Makes it easy to grab and go. They were an absolute hit with everyone! I will definitely try it again with some cranberries! LOVE IT!
