Please do not discontinue this. I could only get it at my local Wal-Mart, now I cannot find it anywhere. I am not sure about it not doing good as they never seemed to be able to keep it on the shelf when they did have it. This is one of the few cereals that I really like and that keeps me full. Please put it back out there.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not discontinue this cereal! This is one of the only cereals that works and keeps me full until lunch. I understand that it is not doing well in stores, but that is not because of the cereal itself, it is because of the packaging! Look at it, it looks nothing like the Kashi brand, at a glace I wouldn’t even have known it was Kashi. Im begging you! Do not discountinue! Just repackage!
I just talked with a Kashi advisor, and he said they are no longer manufacturing Vive, as it was not well enough in stores. So time to look for another cereal (I’d been eating it regularly since it first came out).
This product has made me a lifetime customer. I have IBS and right around the time I tried this cereal my Dr had written me a prescription for my condition. This cereal was so effective that I never filled my prescription!! It changed my life! My local Publix stopped carrying it. But, I spoke with the manager and they are going to special order it for me and I called Kashi today and order some just in case. The advisor to me that they are not discontinuing it! Yay! She even she had to try it because they have had so many complaints that stores arent carrying it! Doctors should prescribe this cereal for IBS and drugstores should carry it! Thats how good it is!! If you cant find it order it online!! Thanks Kashi!

Please tell me that it is not true about this cereal being discontinued. I started eating this at the recommendation of my doctor and it has been a staple of my diet ever since. I have tried other Kashi cereals and this is the only one I like. I have been trying to restock for a couple of weeks from Walmart and haven’t been able to find it.
UNBELIEVABLE THAT YOU ARE DISCONTINUING THIS CEREAL. THAT IS WHY I’VE BEEN TO THREE STORES AND CANNOT FIND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE KEEP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER IT’S REPLACEMENT?

This is the only cereal I eat…..7 days a week! I skip one day and my GI track goes out of wack because I have IBS. It tastes intoxicatingly delicious; I’m always looking forward to my next bowl with Silk vanilla soymilk. I have no clue what I’m going to do if it does indeed get discontinued :(((((((

I am totally disappointed that you are discontinuing this cereal. I have been eating it faithfully for a couple of years now. It has really improved my digestive health. Why are you discontinuing it????? It is the ONLY Kashi cereal that I like. I have tried the others and they do not compare in taste or health benefits.
I am so upset, I just signed up for this website to post my disappointment. I have searched everywhere in Fort Myers for this cereal but could not find it. This is the only Kashi cereal I love and it really works! Kashi, please don’t discontinue our cereal!
I absolutely love this ceral and eat 7 days a week! Super Stop and Shop and Wal-Mart have stopped carrying it and posted it as “discontinued”. Please tell me you are not doing away with it
?! I have been eating it since it came out and now have my friends/family hooked on it!!!
I too eat Vive and just love what it does for me. I eat it with my soy milk. I have acid reflux, IBS, am lactose intolerant among other digestive things!!! Vive regulates me and helps me to feel good. It was very expensive at Kroger, where I only bought it occasionally or when it was on sale (a rare event). It cost $5+ a box there. I guess that’s why it sat on the shelf with no sales. The other Kashi cereals seemed to sell and were placed on sale often. Kroger discontinued Vive and I bought the last three boxes which took me through a month of breakfasts.
I now buy it at a surplus store called “Big Lots”. I was so happy to see it there but I know when their supply is gone I’ll be without it again.
I wish Kashi would tell it why it’s being discontinued.
They need to keep making it and lower the price. I’d spend $3.50 for a box any day.
I love this cereal and the fact it is probiotic but publix has stopped carring it and couldn’t find it at the Kroger I went to. Hope you are not discontinuing it – I need it.
I LOVE this cereal and now all of our Walmarts and Krogers are saying its discontinued(And those are the only stores in the area I have found this cereal….they all carry other Kashi but not this,and now the 2 I used to get it at arent carrying it either!)Is it really being discontinued???
Read about this cereal in the “Eat This Not That” book and picked it up at our Meijer store – FABULOUS! I’m not a big cereal eater, but I’m working on losing weight and that means getting better about breakfast. I know I’ll enjoy this! Just had some with blueberries and a splash of milk (not a big milk drinker here), and it was a treat! Thanks!!
I’ve heard wonderful things about this cereal, as all the positive on this thread suggests, but I’ve had a hard time finding it. The only retailers that sell it in my area are places that I do not wish to give my money (Rainbow, Cub, etc.). I would be thrilled if you could expand your market share on this item, because it’s obviously successful.
Guys, get over the “coupon” thing. This cereal is available at walmart for $3(ish). That’s not overpriced. Unless, maybe, you compare to malt-o-meals. But then, you get what you pay for.
I just tried this cereal for the first time a week ago and it’s great. Love that everytime I open the box it smells like s’mores. I actually think it tastes better dry, but it DOES make me thirsty eating it that way.

I started eating this cereal a week ago and it has made such a huge difference in my diet. I had reached a plateau in my weight loss but when I started eating this cereal, I feel as if my metabolism ramped up. I lost 2 pounds within 1 week. The cereal is light, delicious and keeps me full in the morning. I also feel my digestion is working faster and more efficiently. You have a customer for life! Please do not stop making this cereal! I LOVE THIS CEREAL!!!!...the bonus is that it’s a probiotic, but the taste is fabulous and the blend of crunchy graham twigs and flakes and not too sweet, it just right!....I am able to find it in Walmart….This cereal is a keeper!
I received a sample and just kept moving that little box from place to place, work, home, purse, pantry. Finally ate it…. hmmmmmm, wow I loved it. We went on vacation in Fl for 2 weeks and I had that every morning with Almond Milk before our long bike rides! my new favorite too!
