This cereal is very healthy for you it can help you stay in shape. Then after you eat it you put on muscle to. I had this cereal with 1/2 cup of milk and oatmeal with a banana it is very healthy for you.

Love it! I think the sweetness is just right, especially if you eat it as a snack. Target carries it but it’s not in stock very often. I’ve also found it at Jewel for almost $1.20 more than Target!

I agree with maymay0016, the second comment up. I ate it at night and had stomach cramps and bloating the next day. I have been tested for Lactose intolerance which came out negative, yet im still iffy about it b/c any time i have lactose i get cramps and bloating. Or i could have IBS, who knows, but whatever the reason, it gave me cramps!!

oh and i’ve used Probiotic’s and consumed lots of fiber before so that’s not the reason

I was excited about trying this cereal but when I actually did it was just ok. I like kashi u much better.

I was really excited about this cereal. The taste is good and the idea great – however, the ingredients are very hard and with the 3rd bowl, I BROKE A TOOTH IN HALF. Maybe the dentist was happy to have more business, but I pitched the rest of the box because I don’t have dental insurance and I didn’t want to break any more. Throwing it out was much less costly than another big dentist bill!

I like the cereal, but I often wonder how the probiotics can stay alive in a dry cereal? I know that they can die in frozen yogurt and such, so are we really getting the probiotics they say we are?

This has become my new “usual” breakfast! I love the flavor and the fiber benefits.

My husband and 5 year old daughter love Vive. She calls it “white balls”. They have a bowl together at bed time each night. Yes ,coupons would be nice. We buy 20 boxes at a time. Yes,they REALLY like Kashi! I found a store that carries them for 2 dollars a box sometimes.

I like Kashi cereal, and want the coupon. cannot find it.

I would just like to throw an idea out there to all those who claimed to have IBS. It took my sister a while to realize why she was having some serious cramps about a year ago and they were extremely frustrating and debilitatingly painful. After a whole slew of tests she found out that she had Celiac Disease which is an allergy to the protein in wheat called gluten, so just a word of advice to those who might think they have IBS, you should pay attention to how you feel when you eat bread or anything made with white flower or red food sauces but also know that fiber is probably a lifesaver for a lot of people but you must ease it into your daily diet slowly.

sorry i meant “flour” and also don’t shrug my last post off because you think you would know by now if you were allergic because it can be genetic and pop up later in life or even develop from stress.

This is another one of my favorite Kashi cereals! It has simple flavor that isn’t very exciting by most standards, but it tastes good at any rate. It’s lightly sweetened and I agree with another reviewer and think it has a hint of a maple flavor. Goes perfectly with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and fresh blueberries. I also enjoy the combination of textures, especially of those little crispy yogurt balls. This is also one of the few cereals out there that I don’t feel ravenous and hour and a half after eating. I’m not sure how one of the previous reviewers managed to break a tooth eating this cereal, because there arent any rock hard pieces in this cereal and has just about the same texture and amount of crunch as any other whole grain flake cereals out there.

My only issue with this cereal is the fact that fractionated palm kernal oil is listed in the ingredients. Kashi please consider rermoving this as well as soy protein isolate and crystalline fructose from some of your products. These are hardly healthy ingredients and I’m sure most of your consumers have higher expectations of the ingredients that go into your foods.

Have spent over an hour looking for coupons from Kashi – all your site tells me is that it can’t find my email address – - not how to sign up??? Very frustrating – can’t even think about healthy food.

This has to be the best Kashi cereal yet. The box doesn’t lie when it says it balances your digestive system. Thank you Kashi!

I am sorely disappointed in this cereal due to the fractionated palm kernel oil. What is the point of this ingredient? Palm kernel oil is an unhealthy oil that is high in saturated fat, not to mention that fractionating it makes it completely devoid of any nutrition. I will NOT be buying Kashi Vive again and my trust in Kashi as a brand has diminished because of this clearly unhealthy addition to an otherwise delightful cereal. I just don’t see how Kashi can be an advocate of healthy living and include this in one of their products.

This cereal is the most interesting out of the Kashi cereals I’ve tried. The cereal is crunchy, and I must admit, it does have some hard pieces. The yogurt, I could hardly taste. The broccoli is an unexpected ingredient in your everyday cereal, but it’s a good idea to sneak in some veggies into one’s diet. The cereal itself tastes dry, making me thirstier.

the only reason i registered on the kashi website was to say that I LOVE THIS CEREAL!!! kashi vive is the best cereal EVER!!!

Very good! I love all things kashi so I wasnt surprised that it was tasty but I was pleasantly surprised at how many of the vanilla rice crisps you get with each bowl! Highly recommend!

Cant wait to try it

I really enjoy this Kashi Cereal. Most of the Vanilla rice crisps had settled down to the bottom of the bag. I was able to scoop them from the bottom and had plenty for the entire bag. I add a some raisins or dried cranberries as a midday snack.

I got this cereal for a smoothie recipe I wanted to try. It specified Kashi Go Lean but I did not see it at the store I was in. I found the Kashi Vive and thought I would give it a try. This cereal smells great. It tastes great in my smoothie too!

The cereal tastes good. However there are tremendously hard particles in it. I broke off a tooth attempting to chew it. Why is there no warning about this characteristic of the cereal?

My local grocery store says this cereal is being discontinued. Is this true? That would be unfortunate….

Our Walmart will not accept online coupons.

This cereal smells great

I received a sample and just kept moving that little box from place to place, work, home, purse, pantry. Finally ate it…. hmmmmmm, wow I loved it. We went on vacation in Fl for 2 weeks and I had that every morning with Almond Milk before our long bike rides! my new favorite too!

I LOVE THIS CEREAL!!!!...the bonus is that it’s a probiotic, but the taste is fabulous and the blend of crunchy graham twigs and flakes and not too sweet, it just right!....I am able to find it in Walmart….This cereal is a keeper!

I started eating this cereal a week ago and it has made such a huge difference in my diet. I had reached a plateau in my weight loss but when I started eating this cereal, I feel as if my metabolism ramped up. I lost 2 pounds within 1 week. The cereal is light, delicious and keeps me full in the morning. I also feel my digestion is working faster and more efficiently. You have a customer for life! Please do not stop making this cereal! Guys, get over the “coupon” thing. This cereal is available at walmart for $3(ish). That’s not overpriced. Unless, maybe, you compare to malt-o-meals. But then, you get what you pay for.

I just tried this cereal for the first time a week ago and it’s great. Love that everytime I open the box it smells like s’mores. I actually think it tastes better dry, but it DOES make me thirsty eating it that way.
Nice job with this one, Kashi. I hope Vive stays around for a while.
