I tried the Chicken Rustico and this Vegetable Medley. The Veggie Medley wins. It had enough taste and spiciness to feel like a meal. I didn’t miss meat at all and have bought more for next week’s lunches. The bread is far lighter than I expected. It’s fast and delicious.
This is Kashi’s best product but I found out today that they’re discontinuing it in January. No store in Florida has had these for months. It’s a shame- it’s a delicious product but I just spoke to customer service and was told it’s happening.

I loved this. I Always kept 2-3 in my freezer. And then all three walmarts within an hour of here stopped keeping it. They either have the chicken or the turkey, never the veggie. It makes me sad becausing it is such a great sandwich.
Very tasty and bread is lovely, not too thick or soggy. A little too expensive though for one pocket, even on sale. It reminded me of a traditional pasty only filled with healthy things. I liked its portability and the fact that it’s healthy fast food.

Tried the Veggie Medley today. Had it for dinner. Very good. Just added my spices and it was delicious. Kashi, you made me a happy camper. Now I can have variety as I try to lose weight. It was very filling. Good work Kashi!!!

I just tried this for the first time. THANK YOU for having no process cow cheese. Vegan cheese is cool.

Other frozen veg meals taste just like the cardboard they came in. I thought to take a (another) chance with this and am very glad I did….

I love Kashi! Of course a bit is San Diego pride! The rest is that I am so happy to know I can eat something that is natural and full of fiber and other healthy ingredients on the go. I am also soooo happy Kashi has the vegan/vegetarian in mind so often when making tasty products like this!!

Oh no! It sounded really good until you got to the basil sauce in the description. For some reason, basil burns my tongue. I must be allergic. I hope you make another veggie sandwich with a different sauce soon.
These are a bit pricy for me to have all the time, but they taste so good. The bread isn’t soggy and the vegetables aren’t bland or mushy, and all the tastes are great together. Thank you for offering food for both vegetarians and vegans alike!
I ate this once when I used to be vegan, it was very delicious AND filling….highly recommend it to all vegetarians/vegans!!!
Tried this and so excited I had to come to site to comment. OMG! I’ve tried many veggie and pocket sandwiches before, but this blows the others away — even Amy’s, which I like. Here’s why: this sandwich is designed for microwave, so it’s not “settling” to cook in microwave vs toaster oven. The bread is hearty and soft/chewy. The filling is AMAZING. It’s filled with roasted vegetables in a balsamic sauce: carmelized onions, peppers, zucchini, broccoli, etc. The veggies are perfectly roasted and — amazingly, considered this is a frozen entree — still crisp. I am SOOO used to frozen vegetarian fare containing bland, limp, or over-salted veggies. This pocket sandwich is, hands down, the best I’ve ever tried~! AND for those who mention cost — yes, a bit pricey at 3.50, but is high quality and, as w/ other Kashi stuff, VERY filling. IMHO, Kashi, you have a winner!
This one is not as good as the chicken and turkey pockets but I still liked it. They are also hard to find. Thanks
I dont usually write comments, but this product is awesome. I personally loved it and cant wait to buy more.
