I loved this one, and I am so happy it is Vegan. I am a vegetarian but eat Vegan as much as I can. I ate this for lunch with a salad. I wrote about it on my blog last night: http://www.healthylawyer.blogspot.com/

VERY yummy, but a little expensive for me out here in Iowa. At abount $3.35 for a single sandwich I wonder if my stores are overpriced on this particular item?

Haven’t seen this one. Can we try something with NO onions please? Thats the hardest part with being veg for me. Everyone wants to put onions in veg meals just because its a vegetable…. grrrr…

Thank you! It’s nice to see someone agrees with me. If I have to choose between turkey and onions (especially the red kind that aren’t just spicy, but literally BURN), I’m probably going to choose turkey. I’ll get so excited to find a new and good/interesting sounding pizza or wrap or some such in the store, then I see “onions” (usually accompanied by some sort of pepper), and I’ve moved on.

these ROCK! they are really good and best of all, vegan! super easy to prepare and still taste amazing!!! great nutritional value, too. Even my 2 year old whose extremely picky and won’t eat his greens unless they are hiding in his food (whatever he doesn’t know doesn’t hurt! lol) thinks it’s yummy! Oh, and I believe I found them at Trader Joes but it might’ve been Sprouts!

Ugh, of course, just because it’s the vegetarian option it HAS to have tomatoes and mushrooms. GROSS!

This one is not as good as the chicken and turkey pockets but I still liked it. They are also hard to find. Thanks

Tried this and so excited I had to come to site to comment. OMG! I’ve tried many veggie and pocket sandwiches before, but this blows the others away — even Amy’s, which I like. Here’s why: this sandwich is designed for microwave, so it’s not “settling” to cook in microwave vs toaster oven. The bread is hearty and soft/chewy. The filling is AMAZING. It’s filled with roasted vegetables in a balsamic sauce: carmelized onions, peppers, zucchini, broccoli, etc. The veggies are perfectly roasted and — amazingly, considered this is a frozen entree — still crisp. I am SOOO used to frozen vegetarian fare containing bland, limp, or over-salted veggies. This pocket sandwich is, hands down, the best I’ve ever tried~! AND for those who mention cost — yes, a bit pricey at 3.50, but is high quality and, as w/ other Kashi stuff, VERY filling. IMHO, Kashi, you have a winner!
