I was getting so sick of my daughter always wanting sugary cereals. I requested a sample of Honey Sunshine and she loves it! Yay! Thanks Kashi for giving us something a little sweet but still healthy!

I first got this a while back when they had just come out with it. They sent a sample and I tried it and thought it was good. I ended up buying two boxes, and found I didn’t enjoy the cereal. It doesn’t make a good baggie snack like Cheerios because too me it isn’t sweet enough. The second box ended up sitting on my shelf for a while because I didn’t want to eat it. I ended up baking with it to get rid of it.

I think this cereal is fabulous! I can’t get enough. I’ve tried many Kashi cereals before…but this one provides me with exactly what I want: low fat, low calorie and high fiber. I buy it everytime I’m at the grocery store. I can’t imagine why anyone thinks it’s terrible. I would definitely have to say the toasted oats cereal was not my cup of tea. I almost broke a tooth trying to eat it. I’ll stick with my Honey Sunshine!

This cereal rocks but it is hard to find. I thought it was good, I tried a sample of it but couldn’t find it in the stores. I would like to try more of the cereals but they are hard to find in the supermarkets. Kashi Rocks.:)

Of all Kashi cereals I’ve tried the Honey Sunshine I like the least. I shared some with the bird in the back yard and the cereal is still there 5 days later. I’ll be sure and get the biscuits the next time I shop. Maybe the birds are not on a natural food diet.

I got the sample liked the texture and honey coating had a great crunch but the falvor was not for me tasted like Kix i think but i’m sure some people will love it, i love many of the other Kashi products.

  I am nearly addicted to this cereal. It is the ONE food in my cabinet that I’m addicted too, though, that I don’t have to feel guilty about. On top of the amazing nutritional accolades, it is a mere 100 calories/servings. Sure beats those tiny, over-processed 100-calorie snack packs.

  ..I also tried this cereal too…again I was expecting more of a crunch, but it was more on the softer side of crunchy…it also had the stale consistency when you put it in milk. Yea, this is another miss for me.

  Of the Kashi cereals I have tried this is my least favorite. Maybe it grows on you. It is a little more palitable as a dry snack food. It is NOT my breakfast choice, the original Go-Lean is my favorite.

  My 4 yo and 2 yo sons both LOVE this cereal. They eat it dry right out of the box as a snack! It’s wonderful to be able to give them something that they consider a treat, that I know is something that’s really good for them. Love it!!!

  Ok, this is gonna be tough, because I love Kashi, but I’m a “texture eater,” and Honey Sunshine fell way below my preferred crunch scale. FrameLA is right – Honey Sunshine has basically the same texture of Cap’n Crunch, which I really don’t care for. But in it’s defense, it does lack the Cap’n’s sickening sweetness. I tried Honey Sunshine straight from the box, and the taste was ok, but nothing to write home about. Texturally-speaking, I’m afraid if I had added milk, it would have been waaay too soggy. I am still loyal to the Kashi brand, though, as Go-Lean Crunch is one of my absolute favorite cereals. Texture- AND taste-wise!
  To be fair though, I’ll let my family try Honey Sunshine, and will comment later on their thoughts (while I munch down on my Go-Lean Crunch.)

  Just got a sample today, opened up, got a taste (which I loved) and then my kids grabbed it up and devoured it…they said it tastes like french toast. Guess I get to make a trip to the store later. LOL least they aren’t asking for marshmallow cereal.

  I got a sample and wasn’t impressed by the taste. I normally don’t eat cereal and can’t stand the typical sugary cereal but this one had no taste. It reminded me of captain crunch. That’s coming from a far far memory. It’s bland.

  I picked up a box of this, hoping to find a healthier substitute for Captain Crunch cereal. I don’t think I’ll ever eat Captain Crunch again after this. The color of the cereal was a pale golden yellow and looked a lot more appealing compared to the unnaturally bright yellow color of Captain Crunch. It had an appealing grain taste and a tender texture, compared to Captain Crunch, which tasted primarily of sugar and had a hard, crunchy texture. Overall, this is one of my favorite cereals.

  I love sweets, and I was first in Walmart when I decided to give this cereal a try. This is really great, it is sweet and healthy. I love the fact that it contains 6g of fiber and only 6g of sugar. I have already told co-workers, friends, and family about this product. Thanks Kashi!

  This cereal is fantastic! It reminds me of a better tasting corn pops. Very picky son loves it too. It may be TOO good though, am very good w portion control as I am an avid calorie counter but I think I let this one get away from me and lost track!

  WOW I couldn’t believe how many good comments there were on this cereal, so I went out & bought a box last night. Had some this morning, and it was delightfully great…what a pleasant surprise! And yes, it is kinda like a healthier Cap’n Crunch, but with less sugar & much more fiber! It was satisfying, but not very filling. However, I’ve found that cereal doesn’t quite fill me up as much as oatmeal, eggs, or longer digesting & less processed foods. So I haven’t been eating cereal as much lately…it does make a nice treat though. To make a whole meal out of it, I ate two serving sizes (1 1/2 cups) with 1 cup of soy milk. Still wasn’t very filling, but I enjoyed it…so it’s a keeper! I just won’t eat it before my workout next time :-)

  I love this cereal! I was expecting it to be similiar to cap’n crunch (because of it’s appearance) but it’s actually bit more like honeycomb. It’s so delicious and filling; I guess that would be the whole grains ^_

  just bought it yesterday and added it to my breakfast this morning, not only did I love it and craved a second helping, but my daughter, who does not eat cereal couldnt stop shoveling the stuff in her tiny mouth and proceeded to tell me with her cheeks stuffed how good it was LOL….made my morning!!!
