I tried this last night and it was very good! Not as spicy as I had hoped, but I loved the pieces of sweet potato and kale. Very interesting! I love Kashi frozen dinners with no cheese, and this is now one of my favorites.

Although I’ve been into healthy and nutritiously prepared foods for a while, I just recently “discovered” the full Kashi line of foods and am so happy that I did. The Red Curry Chicken is so incredibly delicious and flavorful. This is one of those dishes that would make even the most die-hard skeptic against healthy food tasting good, a believer! It’s filling without being too filling, it’s true to the tradition of curry without being too spicy or too heavy, it’s sweet and savory all at the same time. Thank you Kashi!!!!

Red Curry Chicken entree is a delicious sweet and savory meal. I really enjoyed the taste of a little spice and sweetness within the thai red curry sauce. The sesame pilaf mixed with the chicken and veggies is absolutely delicious and satisfying. I love the variety of veggies and textures within this meal especially, the fire roasted sweet pototos. Yum!

I just recently tried the Red Curry Chicken. Loved it! Once I add my Bajan hotsauce, it kicked it up a notch. Was delicious. I have just added it to my list of Kashi frozen dinners. Also, I have dropped 39 pounds within the last 6 months and I must say, that Kashi dinners were a part of my weight loss program. GO KASHI!!!

This was the first Kashi frozen entree I tried. I absolutely loved the flavor. It made me go back and buy this again, and a few others. Can’t wait to try them all. I have to grocery store hop tho, one store has certain flavors, etc. Mmmmmm its hard to believe these are all good for me.

I tried this last week and wouldn’t mind eating it again. I like how “gingery” the curry sauce is, but it’s a tad too sweet for my liking. The use of sweet potato and bok choy was a good idea, though.

This is really tasty and I will buy it again, but I was a little disappointed in the fact that it isn’t at all a Thai red curry sauce as the box states. The sauce is actually bright yellow, and doesn’t really have the taste of a red curry. The flavor is still above and beyond any other brand of frozen meals in my opinion.
