The chicken had the texture of frezer-burn and also had the SKIN attached, which I NEVER eat!
I cut off the skin added Newman’s mild salsa and a tablespoon of Taboule…......much better.
Leaving the skin on the chicken will bring the fat content over 6 grams. I won’t give up on Kashi yet, but these 2 products could use some improvement.

HYave not tried the frozen foods yet. Would like to however when I scan the nutritional values ;most have choelsterol levels beyond what my daily/meal allotments are. Kashi GoLean cereals are part of my daily routine & enjoy them.

I don’t use a microwave. There are no instructions on the box for cooking this entree in a regular oven. Why not????

I was a little dissapointed in this meal….the pomodoro sauce was just a bit bland for my taste. I did add some crushed red pepper and fresh grated parm and was quite happy with it then.

I loved this despite the not so great reviews. I took it to work and I had people coming into the break room because they could smell it and had to see what it was! I added a little garlic salt and pepper and I thought it was delicious!

I thought this was a bit too bland. All of the other Kashi meals have a lot of taste, so I was surprized by the lack of flavor in this meal.

Very good! I was pleasantly surprised, I will definately buy this product again! A nice alternative to other brands of frozen entrees.

:) this is not my favorite, but definitely top 5… and this isn’t bland… you just have to train your pampered little taste buds to get used to foods that aren’t loaded with sodium… it’s good for ya!

I like this one. Kashi’s frozen dinners taste fresh and have good quality food in them, and it fills you up. You may pay a little more, but it’s worth it.

I do agree it was a little bland and I had to add my own seasonings but over all it was pretty good.

Despite all the bad reviews, this is my favorite Kashi frozen meal! I had it about every other day at work while I was pregnant. It was so nice to have a light but FILLING meal while I was surrounded by all the corporate crap (Doritos, donuts, etc). Colleagues used to wander into the breakroom wondering what the yummy smell was :) I will say sometimes the sauce can kind of separate from the pasta and become watery due to the veg, but I found if you keep stirring it for about a minute, the sauce and cheese will incorporate. Yum!

This is one of the best Kashi frozen meals I’ve had. It’s lowest in salt, which is why I believe others have said it has no taste. The sauce and chicken were in just the right amount, as well as the pasta. A great meal for anytime!

This is by far my favorite Kashi frozen entree. It is so great. It is not bland and it’s very healthy. I love the combinations of sauce, cheese and veggie!! I can eat this everyday!! I just finished one for lunch.

Today was my first time trying a Kashi frozen entree and I was pretty disappointed. The sauce was a little bland and I was MOST disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It had fat and gristle on the majority of the pieces of chicken. Maybe this was a bad batch, but I wouldn’t buy it again. I was expecting better from Kashi.

This is my favorite entree. The only drawback is it needs more sauce BUT I figured out that adding a tablespoon of light Smart Balance adds the right amount of moisture and makes it creamy and better tasting. I eat this at least twice a week.

I am a pasta lover, but after eating all the other Kashi meals with the whole grain rice pilaf, this one fell short for me. It did seem a little bland overall – not because of salt but because of flavor. The vegetables were large and not typical of frozen meals and the chicken was good too. However, I’m sticking with the other Kashi meals which I’ve grown to love.
