my favorite “frozen dinner”. as a vegetarian it is hard to find anything with less than 600mg sodium, tastes great, fills me up, and actually has f-i-b-e-r. thanks, kashi!

Wow, I was disappointed with this one. I was looking for a flavorful veggie dish and picked this up. I ate the Sweet and Sour chicken that was awesome, the mango sauce on this was tasteless. I added garlic, salsa, a dash of red pepper and citrus and it was yum. The texture as always is awesome, but this needs a boost and a half. I’m full on addicted to my Kashi but this was a let down without help.

I can’t find your frozen meals anymore. I used to get them at Walmart and now they are gone. Please tell me where I might be able to buy them in Indianapolis, Indiana

Loved it! I love falvorful food and this had everything. Read a few poor reviews of this product, because of the lack of mangoes. I am not a fan of mangoes, so the lack of them did not bother me at all. Would love to cook this at home from scratch. Hey Kashi, how ‘bout the recipes please!

Today is my first time eating a frozen meal for lunch….and this totally rocks. The textures are great and the flavor is even better!
For those having trouble finding it – check Target. They had a great sale on these meals just this past weekend.
Take care!

I tried the BLACK BEAN MANGO, pretty tasteless. But that didn’t stop me. I also tried the CHICKEN PASTA POMODORO. So now I find I must tell you I was also dissapointed. The chicken peices had a texture as if frezer burned, aka old. ( The USE befor date: Apr 28, 09 ) The very small pieces of meat had SKIN attached, which I NEVER consum. I added Newman’s mild salsa and a tablespoon of Taboule.

I recently tried this entree and found it much too spicy. By about the third bite, all I could taste was jalapeno pepper. I’m quite sure this was one of my favorites when I first tried Kashi frozen foods about a year or more ago, so maybe they have changed the recipe. I would not choose this particular entree again.

Way too spicy for me, otherwise I would have liked it.

The frozen entrees are available at Super Target in the Indianapolis area. I buy mine at the Avon store.

I am not a fan of this one. Too spicy for me. I also didn’t love the texture of the sauce.

The Southwest Style chicken is amazing I love it! It’s my favorite frozen meal, add some hot sause to it & it gets even better!

This is the food line that disappoints me. I’m a very picky eater and the few no meat options are things I don’t like. Open up a wider variety here ppl!

I just tried one of the new veggie meals today. It’s not listed on the website yet, but it’s called garden vegetable. It’s basically pasta with veggies, beans, and tomato sauce. While it is a tiny bit bland, I thought it was pretty good. Just needed to add a little spice.

Of all your fabulous frozen entres, Black Bean Mango is my very favorite! When can we expect frozen fish entres?

this was actually pretty good. i would def want to try another kashi frozen entree when i get the chance.

Agreed, it is BLAND. A little heat and some crunch (maybe some almonds?) and it would be a million times better. Vegetarian food doesn’t have to be tasteless and mushy. This one IS pretty with all the different colors, and the pilaf is always very filling.

Best frozen meal ever made. Is five alarm in the taste factor, not spicy but well seasoned.

I like the Black Bean Mango but it is hard to find in most supermarkets. Publix has the best selection. Most other stores seem not to carry it. Thanks

This is a second-runner up in my Kashi faves. (I only eat Kashi frozen entrees at work. They’re really cheap at the Target here.) It doesn’t fill me up though. COuld definitely use more mango. Does have a bit and piece of spiciness to it and I’m no wimp (I’m Thai.)

I like the texture, and slight sweetness and spiciness. Tastes good, is filling, and it looks good too! Lunch time! Well done Kashi.

Black Bean Mango is my favorite Kashi Frozen Entree. It tastes great and it is healthy!

I look forward to trying Mayan Harvest Bake – but for the time being – I cannot find it anywhere since it is new.

Where is the coupon to try Kashi frozen entrees free? I just saw a TV commerical offering this coupon, but I cannot find it on your website. I also joined the Community but can’t find where to find other coupons either.

I like the high fiber count in the frozen entrees, but I am concerned about the sodium content – it seems to be excessively high, especially since they are healthy otherwise. So my brother, a recent stroke victim, can’t eat them. Maybe less spice would decrease the sodium content.
