I was about to buy these snacks because I don’t want to eat unhealthy snacks like Snickers bars, Pringles, etc. I read the ingredients and there is all kinds of unnatural junk in this snack. I went home and looked up Kashi on the internet. The food giant Kelloggs bought Kashi 9 years ago. Kashi is not health food. KASHI IS NOT HEALTH FOOD – IT’S OWNED BY KELLOGGS AND IT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU – IT’S FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE
I got a box from Costco, they’re really good, if you like chocolate, you’ll love this bar, you’d never guess it’s so healthy!
Why are these so hard to find in the local grocery stores? I had to order mine online.
Sinfully delicious yet lower in calories and way more nutritious than other snack bars! Love love love these, I eat them as dessert!
Using weight watchers point calculator, because of the 5g of fat, each bar would equal a 3 point snack. I can claim no more than 4 grahms of fibre per serving. Who do I contact at Kashi to discuss lowering the fat content in their bars ?
Our family loves these bars and go through several boxes a week. It is getting hard to find them in stock and Wal-mart stopped carrying them near us. I hope they keep making them.
These bars are great! Acme has them on sale in my area (South Jersey) 10/$10 sale ends on thursday!
I usually buy the variety packs (24 ct.) The chocolate almond is easily the best between the choco caramel, and peanut!
very tasty and low in calories for such a sweet treat
i had a graving for something sweet i went into the store to buy somehting unhealthy i decided to cahange my choices, i picked up a Kashi almond bar, i loved it.
Chocolate Almond is my favorite flavor thus far.
You can purchase the crunchy bars at Walmart. They are $4.12 a box of 4. It is a nice size
bar that can replace a lunch. My fav is caramel & peanut.
I’ve also found them at Target in the diet/protein bar area and they are sold individually at Trader Joe’s.
Tried for first time yesterday. Great!! Sweet & something to satisfy that craving to have a treat that crunches when you bite…
I know you can purchase a variety pack at Costco. Hope it helps!
Looks like I’m going to have to order them from the site…..can’t seem to find them in my area on a regular basis, and I absolutely love them!!!
Where can I find these ;)
My favorite!!
