GoLean Chewy bars are the best thing for me to have for breakfast pre-workout. They even give me more energy than any Kashi cereal, which I eat on non-weight-training days. I do miss the Mocha Java flavor though, and I cannot find Malted Chocolate Crisp on Long Island. :/ Chocolate Almond Toffee is my fave. :P
ummm most amazing bar ever. i cant find the malted choco flavor very often tho. you gotta try these they are really satisfying
