I have eaten Kashi products for several years now and about two years ago I stumbled across the snack bars, as I tested each to find a favorite I found the crunchy one with the pumpkin seeds … yum … that is my favorite. Great in the morning with Tea or Coffee or mid day with a piece of fruit

Ive heard a lot about Kashi, but the only one Ive tried is the Sunshine cereal and it was great!

i love kashi whole grains pielfe i think thats the way you spell it i cook the grains and add red peppers; oins; garlic and i make it like a taboule with tomatoes and its just delious, i have totally change my eating habits with this company i love it.
My ma has congestive heart failure, and I’ve tried the heart to heart cereal (honey toasted)-and it’s awesome. I’m going to try more of there products. Have to be careful with sodium intake…any suggestions?
when cooking use celery, onions, garlic, bellpepper and other herbs. natural salt, usually not found in commercial grocery stores seldom have the kind you need so try natural sea salt or kelp for seasoning … kelp has natural iodine which is good for you, so is natural salt, not the processed stuff. feel free to contact me if you would like to communicate more about what I just mentioned.

I ALLWAYS USE REUSEBALE BAGS WHEN I GO SHOPPING AND I REUSE WATER BOTTLES AND I REUSE LUNCH MEAT BOWLES.
I will try anything to get my Crohns under control and feel healther, cnt wait t try thefree stuff

I just bought Kashi GoLean cereal for the first time and I sure enjoy it. It is so crunchy and delicious – I’m sold on it.
I’m addicted to Kashi U cereal. Super yummy.
I have tried the Kashi Honey Flax snack bars and loved them. I haven’t had the opportunity to try any other products yet….but so far, I really like what I see about the company. Next new Kashi product I try…I will spread the word!!!
i also try to concerve as well as go green as much as possible and i challenge all kashi members to do the same
I am WuXian. I am new to this site but like it very much. As Taoist/Tibetan Buddhist I follow a healthy lifestyle. I have to do so, since I have MS, COPD, RSDS, Fibromyalgia, and other health problems. They are genetic/environmental, since I have always followed the way of natural health, even as child. Now,as usual, I meditate, say my prayers and chant my mantras, eat a vegetarian diet, do yoga/Tai Chi every other day, and study assiduously. I drink cha and fresh spring water. And, like everyone here, I love Kashi products. Right now my favorite is Kashi GO LEAN honey almond flax with organic soy milk. I look forward to breakfast very much more now!
