Instead, I think I’ll use this as my journal! I will share my daily thoughts with all you guys!

I had a journal but I stopped writing on it when I looked back on what I had written and it made me mad haha. I guess I’ll get started again.

I started my daily planner/journel to keep track of fitness and signicant things in my life. Keeping orgranized gives me a better picture of what I am doing.

I’ve been doing this for the last five years to get out some of the things I haven’t been able to let go of. It has been really nice having an outlet where I can filter who can and can’t see the entries. If I want feedback, I have a filter. If I don’t want anyone to see, I lock it. It’s really freeing being able to express myself.

I love the desk calendar I have because it is also a running log. So, everyday I will log my miles, or whatever else I did as exercise that day. Then, there are lines to write down how my run went and everything. I absolutely love it.

I’m 52 and want to get to a healthy weight so that my life will be longer than expected. My mother is 86 and if I don’t get this weight off, I will never see that age. My goal is to walk a min. of 10,000 steps a day. I have done this now for the last week and I can tell the difference in how I feel.
