Do it with pride
What role does body confidence play in fitness? An uncredited but powerful cameo, it seems. Confidence affects how we carry ourselves, whether we wear a baggy shirt or a form-fitting one, and our tendency to plant ourselves in the front (motivating) or back (hard to see the instructor) of the class. Today, challenge yourself to feel pride in who you are and what you accomplish, however you look and whatever your fitness level.

I am going to accept this challenge by taking pride in what I do and by sharing my successes with my friends no matter how small they may seem.
I have challenged myself to do sprints while at the gym..so far so good.
My best friend and I recently challenged ourselves by joining a gym and setting a goal of working out 5 days a week until we have formed the healthy habit of getting our heart-pumping on a regular basis. We just finished week 3 with success!
I really challenged myself to change that “back of the class” mentality when I started taking my first yoga class, now I am rigth there in front and I feel better then ever.
I challenge myself every day to be positive and remember my blessings and gifts and not focus on my flaws.
I am trying to improve my running time and am signed up for the Race for Taste at Disney in a couple of weeks! I have to maintain an average speed that is a little faster than the usual for me.
i challenge myself with this EVERYDAY… and when i start slipping it seems everything about me fades as well… the ability to maintain this feeling daily is something that it seems one and to grow to learn
