I’m overweight and so I started riding 10 miles a day a month ago… lost 25 pounds so far. Love to ride, easy exercise for heavier people, not so hard on the legs/feet and lots of chances to catch breath.
i love my bikes! if i could ride every day, 20-40 miles i’d be in heaven. now, i’m limited to 3-4 rides a week. flats, hills, city, country, sun, rain, i love it all. trying to get my kids to join me.
