Sold on cilantro
Cilantro, or coriander, is used in many cuisines around the world, and its seeds and leaves wield very different flavors (the leaves are more citrusy, the seeds lemony). Often, the large bunches sold at produce counters are more than we can use in a single meal. Today, challenge yourself to save your fresh cilantro by:
Placing roots and stems in a glass of water with a plastic bag over the leaves
Refrigerating and snipping leaves as needed
Changing water every 2-3 days and keeping it up to a week

It is also great to throw a few leaves into your salad.
I love cilantro in green salsa and on chicken with Mediterranean spices, so it’s nice to have my own when I need it instead of going to the store all the time for it.
love cilantro and thats the way i have been storing it for years
I’ve been using this method and it works very well!
I need to grow my own and have it at hand!
