Yoga’s “butterfly” pose is all about increasing receptiveness—a good thing in our book. (Butterfly if the yin version of Bound Angle pose, a traditional hip-opener.) Allowing the hips to open up and sinking into the pose shifts the focus from giving to receiving, a state many of us, particularly women, find difficult. i’ve done yoga b4 and missed it. hoping this sticks in my routine.
Just accepted Challenge
It felt so good to sit and breathe. I definitely have missed yoga. I am glad I did this to get me started back into a yoga routine.
I have done the butterfly before and it is not easy for me, but I find yoga helps me relax and destress. I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle which means I am choosing other activities besides couch potato. I hope these challenges will help me.
This one is awesome!! We have yoga at Kashi and it is so great!! It really fuels our mission for natural health!
