So easy to get that Vitamin C.
Are you by any chance a vegetarian?
I have all of those except cauliflower in my fridge right now ! I eat a mixed fruit bowl at least 2 times a day and then various fruits thruout the day. I have a big salad for lunch and try to put as many different things as possible in it! Then a small side salad for dinner. Stir-frys are great too
The past few summer months we have been eating strawberries, oranges, kiwi, broccoli, field greens, cauliflower, and red bell peppers as they have come into season this year. We are riding the Vitamin C seasonal health train! :)
Finding new and creative ways to obtain the vitamins and minerals I need is a constant and daily challenge!
Besides eating healthier and getting more sleep, we stock up on vitamin c with rose hips. Anytime we feel a slight scratchy throat coming on, just take an extra dose for a few days. What’s nice about vitamin c is that is doesn’t get built up into your system like some other vitamins can.
i heard that every time you go to the bathroom, the vitamin C gets flushed out of your system, hence why i take a vitamin C tablet, eat fruit, or have orange juice after going
I think it is just incredible to eat a kiwi and get 100% of your Vitamin C! Those things are so sweet and so awesome…and they keep us healthy! Keep the flu bugs out of your system!
