Think again about how you perceive fitness
How fit do you think you are? Turns out, when it comes to exercise self-perception of fitness level may impact both performance and desire. Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh who evaluated older adults noticed that their attitudes about walking and balance were linked to how well they performed both. Today, challenge yourself to reevaluate your attitude when it comes to your fitness goals and intentions. Cast your abilities and progress in a new light and know that your willingness to think positively guarantees your success.
