“Read nutrition labels.” It seems like such a harmless and wise, admonition, doesn’t it? But if everything you’re eating has a nutrition breakdown affixed to it, chances are, you probably could be consuming more whole foods and fewer prepared items. Today, challenge yourself to go label-less for 24 hours by eating only whole foods.
