I’ll have a picture up soon. I’m challenging myself to journal my food daily and to work-out at the gym at least 4d/wk. I’ll do cardio 30min and that may include walking the dog, and alternate up/lower body work-outs to begin with thru Aug. I seriously need to lose 40lbs! so please help me keep target goal in forefront. I started the Appalacian Trail year before last and I want to do a week at a time this spring.

I have lost 25 pounds since December but I vow to walk 30 – an hour every day. It makes me feel so good when I am walking. It makes me feel younger. Sitting around makes me frustrated. I just wish I had someone to go with me. Company is more fun.

I plan to walk 40 minutes each day, and eat better nutrionally speaking so I can permanently lose weight. To hold my self accountable, I plan to post my picture and stats good or bad, on my blog (http://vernslife.blogspot.com/) each week.

I have already made a plan to work-out three times weekly until I am
pooped…Mornings are best right after breakfast. Also am drinking more filtered water w/o any sugar.(no bottled water)each week I’ve increased my number of reps. I’ve looked on utube for ideas on how to get “certain areas” more buff. Gl everyone!!

I’ve been tracking stuff for about a week and am noticing a huge difference. Other people are noticing, too, and it’s nice. Good luck to everyone…

Most days I walk 4 miles after work and anytime on weekends, but that’s it. I want to include 30 min of strength training too.
