Just went to the library today and looked at the workout videos! What a selection! Thanks for the idea.
I got the biggist loser dvd workout and plan to use it tonight. let ya know how it goes!!
I started doing this when we moved. It has been a great way to try new exercises and hosts…now I won’t waste money buying a video that doesn’t work for me.
I never thought to look for workout videos at the library. I’ll definitely check them out next time I am getting dvds for the kids.

Had not thought about doing it this way…did not even think it was available…ok, going tommorrow!!!
just ordered tai chi for beginners…
Going to log on now & see what I can find…
If you dont necessarily have a library around your area, or close by, you can also try to catch a fitness program on television. If you have Time Warner cable or other provider that gives you ‘on demand’ you can find several on demand quick workouts and this way there is no excuse not to exercise!!

I love getting workout DVDs at the library! The best thing is that you can keep them for 28 days and most of them are free.
I never thought to get fitness DVDs at the library! I’m going to look for some this Friday when I return my and my daughter’s books to the library!
swapping videos with friends mixes things up and adds no extra costs!
This is a simple one for me! I am always at my library borrowing videos, new music to refresh my workout playlists, health and fitness magazines… the works! Libraries have been forgotten, and it’s sad. It’s a great way to enrich yourself—for free!
