Who hasn’t let hunger creep up so far she attacks that lunch plate like a sled dog come midday? Mid-morning snacks are very important for keeping hunger at bay and making smart, healthful choices at lunchtime. Today, challenge yourself by adding a reasonable snack to your diet around 10:30 or 11:00 a.m.

I have a decent sized apple with a large mug of decaffinated green tea
oatmeal
I have been eating good ol’ scrambled eggs!
I eat string cheese and some almonds for a snack most days.
I had Yoplait Blueberry Acai yogurt.
I had a small Fuji apple, carrots, a tangerine, and edamame.
I had a banana with peanut butter.
I had a bowl of Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat cereal w/ chocolate soy milk. Very yummy.
An apple a day. The almonds sound like a good item to pair with an apple. I’ll have to try that.
I had a cheese stick and some peanuts.
