Go it together
Exercise is healthy. Social interaction? Ditto. Exercising in groups? A double dose of goodness, according to several recent studies. Specifically, exercising with others may have psychological benefits, like preventing postpartum depression and helping manage post-cancer grief. Today, challenge yourself to recruit a partner or join a group at least weekly and get some sort of group exercise, and encourage loved ones to do the same.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

I love that summer weather is here again! I can get outside and start running, and this time I’ve started running with a group of friends. We’re actually looking into several 5K’s this summer and none of us are athletes! This will be awesome! It has become a community of support.
Went golfing.
I find my local Jazzercise classes to be a wonderful physical and emotional lift. The energy of the other participants is infectious, and the music is very positive and energizing. It puts me in a great mood for the rest of the day!
I have a good friend who walks with me twice a week and we hit the gym three times a week. We are also members of Weight Watchers together. My husband also hits the gym with me. Have someone else there to keep you accountable is a real help!!!
I have my daughter walking with me on a daily basis now.
I love going to the Ymca & paticipating in the aquacise classes.
getting my kids to exercise with me is good for me and them.
I am going to increase my walking miles every week. I feel so much better after getting exercise and fresh air.
My favorite low impact but effective form of exercise is pilates. Works muscles that I didn’t know existed! The results are slower but more toned and I feel taller. I highly recommend anyone to try it!:)
Hubby and I went for a walk today!
I need to get hubby to get back into the workout routine with me. It’s always fun when we do it together.
Exercising with someone always makes it go faster and more enjoyable:):)
Regular exercise helps my overall mobility and energizes me! My goal is to exercise more consistently than I have been the last few months.
