Don’t sweat it
Do you really have to be drenched in sweat to see cardiovascular results from your workouts? Not necessarily. Rate your winter workouts not in terms of (chilling) sweat, but with a heart-rate monitor. You’ll be surprised how inspiring it is to track your progress and the intensity of your workouts. Today, challenge yourself to get a heart-rate monitor and and plan on using it during your next cardio workout.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

i use a heart rate monitor at gym and try to push myself slightly each week within my zone…this has led to positive results at a steady pace…
never do cardio w/o a heart rate monitor. Challenge the heart muscle keeping it in the target zone.
i try to use the heart rate monitors on the cardio equipment at the gym everytime i go
I play with my very large dog every night when I get off work. I will get one to see how well I’m doing when we play.
I use one at our local wellness center.
