Resistance bands are a handy, affordable way to bring your workout with you, and can be used to work your whole body. They’re a real boon in wintertime, when bad weather often makes outdoor activities difficult. Today, challenge yourself to pick up a band (or two) in light, medium, or heavy resistance levels. Most come with instructions, but you can always add to your arsenal online.

these are great for travelers. in my previous job, I was on the road and would throw these in my suitcase so I could keep my exercise routine going. They are wonderful to add resistance to squats!
