I go to bed early every night and when i wake up in the morning i feel great :D
Something that helps me fall asleep really fast is listening to Sixpence none the Richer and drinking caffeine free chamomille tea. One of the reasons I do not go to sleep for 8 hours is because i procrastinate way too much, instead of doing my work i think about doing my work lol.
Nevertheless, I will try out this 8 hours of sleep thing today.
I am an insomniac and i really need to Sleep right! im willing to do just about anything to start getting sleep- lets see how tonight goes

I try to get to sleep at about 8:00 pm. I am a working student.
I am a student in college and besides that I don’t do much else. So. Sometimes I get too much sleep. and then i just feel more tired. I will try to limit my sleep to 8 hours…
I didn’t realize this would be so difficult! I am finding lately that the only time I have to work out is early in the morning – forcing me to choose either exercise or sleep on most days.
i only got 5 and a half hours : /
I yawn as I type this.. I’m going to bed. I will most likely get 8 hrs.. tomorrow is Sat and I’ll sleep in :)

well… it wasnt uninterupted, but i went to bed at about 8:00 and got up at 5:30…wow. actually went back to bed and slept in!!but only cause it was my birthday and i needed a treat!
I usually get just under 8 hours – but heck, if it means longer in bed I’m willing to give it a try.
8 hours of sleep uninterupted would be great.
Thats my goal tonight
this will be difficult, as i have been sleeping poorly for the past several weeks! i think that i feel like i am rolling toward the middle of the bed, and that keeps me up. i may have to start sleeping on the floor, lol.
Okay—it didn’t work out last night…I only got 6 hours. I’m going to try again tonight, though. I want to see if 8 hours really does make a difference for me the next day
As a mother of 4 children, it is difficult to get 5 hours of sleep; usually broken sleep! Now that my youngest child is 2 1/2, I would like to try to get some “mommy time or mommy sleep!” I have been on perpetual broken sleep for 6+ years! I would love to have 8 hours of peaceful sleep! Wish me luck!
I can’t wait—it’ll be tough since I have to wake up early tomorrow morning to head to the airport, but it’s been such a long time since I’ve gotten 8 hrs of sleep…
