What’s in a week? The difference between a daily routine and extra motivation.
Today, challenge yourself to write down a goal (e.g. running for 5 more minutes, losing a pound, getting to the gym 3 times) and make a plan for the next seven days for getting there.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

My weekly goal is to work out at least 5-6 days a week. I just finished my first 5 of the new year.
My weekly goal is to work out on WiiFit at least 3 times for 30 mins
For my weekly goal I’d like to be more positive thinking, I want to shed the negative thinking from my life. I want to spread positiveness whereever I go each day.
My daily goal is to say something NICE to 2 people. I have my husband & son doing this also.

Start Friday with my new fitness plan.
Start each day at 0600. Begin with push-ups. Run 3-4 miles after eating a light healthy breakfast. Shower. Eat at 1200. Eat at 1600. At 1800, go swim for an hour. Then focus on upper body development with a primary focus on pull-ups and promote core strength through abdominal exercises. Shower. Eat at 2000. End day by 2200. Program continues on weekdays and may be continued as needed on weekends. Program will begin on Dec. 21.
My goal is to start my “Two-A-Day” challenge, which is to just get to the gym twice a day. Once at 6:00 in the morning and again in the evening. I have a partner and we are really fired up. I’ll let you all know how this goes on January 2, 2009.
I think alcohol is contributing to my weight gain; I will have at most one drink an evening, except on Saturdays!
