Challenge Yourself for: 24 Hours

It might be a cliché, but it’s still true — sometimes the first step is the hardest. Today, tackle that inner barrier and take that first step. Whether it’s opening a savings account, buying a sketchbook, or signing up for a class. Whatever your dream is, take the first small step towards achieving it.

I took this challenge two years ago. I decided to go back to school for massage therapy. I am now licensed and working as a therapist, so I think although it took longer, I think this qualifies as achieving a dream.

Congrats on the new baby Melody05! I too am moving into an apartment. This move has been long overdue for me.

I am also due with my first in december that is awesome. I am looking for a yoga class close to me. Congrats Shyviolet24. I went and applied and picked up applications for apartments. So hopefully no more sharing living quaters with a few in laws.

Instead of sitting on the couch and watching another movie for the many weeks in a row, I got up and cleaned a room in the house, taking as much time on it, as I would watching a movie.

I’m expecting my first child in December, and I need to make several changes. I’m going to try doing my prenatal yoga for twenty minutes every day. One day accomplished, and I feel really good.

My first step will be to go to gym even though I am tired and dont feel like it. I know once I get there my motivation will kick in!

Good for you!! Ncaravella. I am also trying to make a change. I’ve started working out more and eating better. Going to try the things you did this weekend.

This morning when I was getting ready, I decided to dress a bit different than I normally do and I love it! I broke out the vintage jewels and vest that I never wear and did my hair different. Not drastic changes but enough that I feel extremely confident today. I never realized how much better you can feel in a normal day if you take a little more pride in your appearance.
