Try non-contact boxing
Non-contact fitness boxing is great exercise. Plus, it doesn’t require fancy choreography and it’s great fun. Offered at health clubs and gyms everywhere, it can also be practiced in front of the mirror at home (assuming you’ve studied up on proper form, of course). This month, challenge yourself to signup up for a class. Open yourself up to the idea of throwing a harmless punch for the sheer joy of it.
Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

I boxed the other day with my friend. I’m still feeling it in my lats, shoulders and abs! What a wonderful workout. I recommend it to anyone interested in a total body workout.
i have been kickboxing at my gym where i go to school and i feel amazing afterword… keep your tummy tight!
I have and kick boxing dvd that I will start doing 3 days aweek.
I would love to try the WII boxing. Does a body Good.
Another great option is that I play WII Boxing. That’s a real workout, and really fun when you play against a friend or family member.
This is a great workout!I love kickboxing and at our gym it’s called Turbo Kick.I was SO bored with the regular routine of cardio equipment and free weights.I felt like I hit a plateau in my workout after doing this same thing for 6 months.I was scared to join at first because it looked hard and intimidating but one day I just decided to put on my big girl panties and try it out. You never know until you try right?! It’s great and it’s actually the only workout I can fit in with my schedule now that school is in-I’m a teacher. It’s helped define my arms, shoulders and burn LOADS of calories, plus I’ve strengthened my punches..never know when you’ll need to defend yourself! Don’t be afraid!! You can do it!!
