I need to kick the coffee habit for so many reasons – I’ve fallen off the wagon sooo many times. Any suggestions? I have a high stress, fast paced job and 2 kids (under 4 years of age). So coffee is my morning crutch, but crash by 2:00. Any suggestions?

Awesome—-for breakfast I usually have a 5 grain oatmeal (I’m from Canada, we have limited choice of Kashi products) and a Kashi chewy bar around 9am with green tea—-then an apple for a mid morning snack.

Can’t start my day without yogurt and fruit, then a Kashi bar at the office. Like Pizzalover, I’ve learned to drink mostly decaf coffee… only one cup of the strong stuff at the office, where there hasn’t been decaf until my recent request.
    This is definitely my world!

Oatmeal with bananas, strawberries, and vanilla soymilk for breakfast always gets me going.

This morning, after the gym, I invited my mother over for breakfast. I made Kashi waffles for both of us and used applesauce or yogurt for a topping instead of syrup. Lunch was tomato soup with a whole wheat roll and a glass of milk. The afternoon snack is popcorn and an apple. The biggest accomplishment is that I made the morning pot of coffee 3/4 decaf. I am almost down to zero caffine!
