At my gym there is a spinning/bootcamp class every morning at 6am that I was very curious about when I joined the club. I started taking the class a few months back and have been hooked ever since. It has completely changed my body and made me love working out!!!

Malissa, I was intrigued this spring with a boot camp at my gym, too. I started working out with the group in June. I LOVE it! We run hills on campus once a week. I wish we could meet more often but schedules don’t allow it. I’ve decided to run hills on my own during the week. How is your boot camp going?

Hey everyone, Im new to this so Im not sure on how all of this goes! I have not found a gym yet that I would want to join! So a friend and I have started walking/running during the week! I also just started to eat the Kashi snacks/meals, and I have lost 7lbs in 2weeks! I feel so much better now that I am eating healthy and exercising!

Hello All!

I am also a new member as of August 2008. I just wanted to say that I purchased a pedometer and I challenge myself to get at least 10,000 steps in per day 6 times a week along with making good choices in food selections.

Pedometers are such great tools to monitor exercise. I started wearing a stopwatch when i exercise so I make sure and workout for enough time. I’m interetested in a heart monitor. Do any of you use one?

I see the last comment was posted on August 23rd. Anyone still getting their butt kicked in boot camp? I finished up day 3 this morning and realize I should have stock in Motrin! However, even though I’m sore, I feel so good after a snack and shower when I get home. Luvin’ it!
