Eat fruit every day
Eating a piece of fruit at snack time increases the nutrition in your diet and prevents you from eating less healthy options. This week, challenge yourself to eat one whole fruit every day. Pay attention to how this affects your eating habits for the rest of the day.
(When logging progress for this challenge, only log as many days as you participated the activity within the 7-day time frame.)

I love fruit so much! I eat it everyday, several times a day. It is almost always fresh. I couldn’t live without fruit!
I am lucky to have grown up in a family that really promotes eating fruits! I don’t understand how some people hate fruit…its so sweet and much better than candy! I pretty much have fruit at breakfast, lunch and dinner most days! My faves are berries, bananas, pineapple, mango and watermelon! YUM!
I eat fruit as my snack at work.
I like to eat a piece of fruit at the end of a meal, so i satisfy my sweat tooth without ruining my diet.
I have replaced all of my sweets with fruit. My housemate has been a great encouragement as she eats healthy too. I very rarely crave sweets now (I used to almost on a daily basis). Yay for fresh fruit (or frozen is fun too) and yogurt!!
It’s not very often that I find new fruit, but last month I decided to venture outside of my comfort bubble and try something new. Sure, I’ve seen persimmons before, but I thought they looked kind of strange. We actually received some from our CSA program here at Kashi and decided to try one – now I’m hooked! I just had one today and find that they are a delicious, tasty little snack. Note – the fuyu persimmons (short ones) are for eating, and the hachiya (long) are for baking :)
Apple for snack
I have been eating an apple and a banana everyday!!
I had a banana at breakfast and I had a pear with dinner.
i have been eating 2 apples everyday now for about a month
Can’t go a day without eating fruit (and veggies). Nothing beats the taste of differnet fruits.

This is really easy for I eat fresh fruit every morning.
I have been traveling and eating out a lot lately, so this week to get back on track I have been trying to eat 6 servings of fruits and veggies every day. So far so good and I honestly feel much better
Although fresh fruit in season is great, keeping a variety of frozen and dried fruits makes getting daily fruit easier than if we just relied one what was in season fresh for our area of the country (upper midwest). Add dried fruit to hot or cold cereal, pankcakes or waffles, and any baked goods. Remember sometimes plumping the dried fruit in a little hot water will give better end results and you can used the flavored water as part of your liquid to get extra flavor. For the frozen try getting several single serving reusable containers and divide the larger multi-serving bag when you bring it home. It’s easier to defrost exactly what you need or leave them frozen and they make a great cold pack for your packed lunch.
I always eat a lot of fruit, I love it! my favorites are apples and kiwis. I eat it at breakfast lunch and dinner and I always eat fresh fruit for snacks. I enjoy dried fruit too but in moderation.
I eat fresh fruit every day. Kiwi in bulk from Costco last a long time. Plums in bulk from Costco. There’s always frozen fruit in the freezer for smoothies (makes ‘em thick). But if you’re on the go, great options for getting your fruit exchange:

I start every day with a banana and soy milk smoothie. If I have strawberries on hand, toss in a few of those as well. No strawberries? Easy, I use frozen blueberries which I buy in the summer and freeze.
I had pears, and a granola bar for breakfast.
