Top 5: Broccoli, green beans, carrots, tomatoes, and green peppers. I wish I could plant my own garden of veggies and natural herbs but I live in an apartment!

Asparagus! (on the grill after a drizzle of rosemary olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice) green beans (quick, high heat saute with olive oil, garlic and a little cayenne) cucumbers (just chop it up!) eggplant (in thai curry) and field greens (the kind with a nice peppery bite).

Squash, broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots, and potatoes. I really enjoy vegetables and could have listed any number of other ones. A lot of the time, I think they’re best prepared simply; a dash of salt and paper, a splash of butter spray, or a sprinkling of Parmesan seasons them well yet allows their natural flavors to shine through.

I love all vegetables my 5 favorites are mushrooms, green beans, tomato, celery and lettuce, my husband bought a jack lalane juicer and love to use as many vegetables as i can to drink the jice, sometimes is not too tasty but it is very good for my health. somedays i dont feel up to eating breakfast so i blend pineapple, strawberries, apple, carrots and celery and i drink it as my breakfast, it is very tasty and filling. you can choose any fruit and if it comes out too thick you can add some of your store bought juice ( orang, apple etc.) before i had the juicer I use to do it in the blender till it burned out.

Here’s A Great Recipe For Green Pepper Salad … Mmmmmm =)

    Ingredients
2 green bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 1/2-inch dice
3 vine-ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1 small onion, chopped
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
    1/2 lemon, juiced (1 tablespoon)
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    Coarse salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 a palm full
    Directions
Combine peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley in a bowl with your fingertips. Squeeze the juice of the lemon with the lemon half sitting upright. This will help prevent the seeds from falling into the bowl. The lemon juice will spill down over the sides of the lemon and the seeds will remain with the fruit. Squeeze the juice evenly over the salad. If the lemon is under-ripe, microwave it for 10 seconds before you cut into it. Next, sprinkle a tablespoon of vinegar over the salad — just eyeball it. Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil over the salad, add the salt, pepper and cumin. Toss again. Taste to adjust seasonings and serve.

I like spinach, broccoli, lettuce, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and tomatoes. I truly wish that I could plant some veggies and herbs, but I live in an apartment with no porch or patio.
