I think that I would be more cool if people posted there home all natural recipe on here so that Others can look and try them. Cause I dont know many people in my area that would want to come over to talk about natural food.

well one of my fav dishes is making burritos with whole wheat wraps, i take black beans , some kashi fiesta rice pilaf, salsa, cheese lowfat and hormone free, heat up wrap place cheese then rice in single layer about one to two inches from edges then put beans in the middle, roll it up you can heat it up in the oven or eat as is i like to dunk mine in salsa. i make my own salsa.

I love making the Kashi 7 rice mix. I make a big batch and keep some in the fridge. In the morning I sramble an egg, add the rice mix and some salsa. Very satisfying!

I finally made the switch to whole wheat pasta. I know I should have done it sooner, but I was afraid my family wouldn’t like it. So many dishes are made with pasta, and to make the simple switch can really help!!
