Write a nutrition manifesto

What do you want to commit to nutrition-wise? Do you often say to yourself ‘I should eat more fruits and veggies?’ and then find it difficult to follow-through? Sometimes writing down your goals is all it takes to make them a reality. Today, write out your eating goals and post them some place where you can refer to them often. Use them to inspire positive change in your diet.

I will eat what I crave… fruits, veggies, and lean meat. I will not settle for the convenient foods that do not satisfy my cravings and ultimately leave myself and my tummy feeling miserable and disappointed.

Jolynette, what a wonderful manifesto. What a great way to think.

fec139, wow! An ex bf of mine was recently diagnosed with ALS so I’ve learned about it a lot in the last couple of months. Wishing you all the best!

Don’t eat meat that hasn’t been ethically raised/produced, eat at least one meat-free meal a day, try to go totally meat-free at least one day a week, talk to my mom about making responsible food choices for our family and making better, more strategic use of our local farmers markets, eat organic/natural whenever possible. make food choices that are good for my body and do not take away from my fitness/lifestyle goals.
