List 5 non-essential appliances
If you’ve ever felt like your life and your home was bursting at the seams with the gadgets, now’s the time to take stock of what you really need. Hairdryer, toaster oven, DVD player – what’s it going to be? Decluttering not only frees your mind, it frees your countertop. It also saves on your electric bill. Today, challenge yourself to list 5 appliances you could probably live without. Think about donating a few to a local charity.

Flat Hair Iron…I cut my hair short, but yet I still keep it.
Electic skillet
Juicer that we use maybe 2 times a year
mini food processor or regular food processor…do we need both?
Bread Machine
curling iron – I keep my hair short now for the last 6 yrs.
blow dryer – my hair dries natural now, better for my hair.
mini chopper – they are just too little and really don’t chop that well
bread machine – I like the homemade bread the best, and I just can’t get over the shape of the bread once it comes of of the machine
VCR-just there to collect dust now thanks to DVDs I guess we will be saying that about DVDs after BlueRay comes down a lot more.
I have a natural gas grill, so why do I need a George Forman, electric Fry Baby,and electric skillet? I also don’t need electric rollers ( I have curly hair!) 2 electic curling irons, and 3 blow dryers! I guess what they say is true…the older you get, the more “stuff” you have. Will I get younger if I get rid of it?????

4. Home alarm system, we don’t turn it on. My husband leaves about 2:am every morning and the
beeping it makes, (turning it off and on again) wakes me up.
5. Computer w/e-mail ( I am at a computer all day at work. I check my e-mail at work) I do not
go home and get on the computer. I’m at work now!
No more coffee maker, pasta maker, rice cooker, land line phone or toaster!
