the gift belongs to whoever chooses to accept it…
it is enough to beleive and to talk about our mistakes we do in life…
we need to feel comfortable enough about them , as its part of who we are and move on..
take care xxx

Always take a moment to destress and think of things that Are good in your life, the blessings, the positive, and those you love. When you are off being a mother or father, husband or wife, student, worker etc. Never lose sight of YOU! Always remember to take care of yourself not just others. Most importantly live each day as if it were your last. Enjoy the moments in your special place.
Peace be with you.

Oddly, my sacred moment/time/space is my ride to and from work. It’s a 30 minute trip. I try my very best to leave my job at the office. I investigate child abuse cases and work with juvenile delinquents. (20 years!)

My bedroom is my sacred space. Sure…the kiddos like to all pile up in here…but I don’t really mind…considering I have the time they are at school to rearrange and enjoy the peace and quiet of the day. It is rather relaxing at times when they are loud….but don’t let them know that. =)

My bedroom is also my sacred place. I enjoy reading, and I just started my journal. Writing out my feelings and what’s going on inside really helps. I just discoved Kashi, started eating their frozen meals for lunch at work. They’re really tasty, filling, and guilt free! I’m going to try some of the snack crackers and other products.

I am just starting my sacred place as my husband and I bought our family a home. With two teenagers in the house I think our bedroom is going to be my space. I have chosen relaxing colors and lots of candles, no tv but reading from the Bible and writing in my journal. Also writing poetry.
