Challenge Yourself for: 30 days
Less a sport than a lifestyle, surfing has a meditative mind-body aspect that earns lifetime devotees. If you’ve always wanted to try surfing but haven’t had the opportunity or courage, sign-up for a lesson or tag along with surfer friends. Challenge yourself to feel the legendary thrill of a great ride. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.
