When was the last time you raced a friend 50 yards to the finish line? If it’s been awhile, you’ll be surprised at the adrenaline rush you get from competing full speed. Challenge yourself to gather a group for a friendly competition of fast-moving fitness. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.
