Strength train instead of vegging

Feeling antsy while you’re watching TV? If a show doesn’t capture your full attention, use that extra energy to do some strength training. Get out your handheld weights for some bicep curls, or try sit-ups, squats, or leg-lifts. Challenge yourself to at least five or ten minutes of strength training to make any show more stimulating. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise routine.

I’m going to challenge myself to try this. I have several pounds that I would like to lose and this would definitely help.

Handheld weights would definitely help firm up my “flabby” upper arms

I use dubmbells (free weights) now because I learned that they are better from my trainer.

I do leg lifts while watching tv and sometimes while checking my email.

I don’t like my batwings, so will start using my hand weights again.
