Sometime during the next 24 hours, make an effort to learn about the newest advances in medicine or the latest nutrition research. Search the Internet, join a listserv, read a newspaper, buy a health magazine, or even download a podcast. There are plenty of ways to integrate health education into your every day life.

I agree with poggy4u, I enjoy reading up on health topics.
I do this pretty much daily and love it. Some of my favorite sites are Sparkpeople.com and the Mayo clinic.
I read books on nutrition any chance I can get. I also cut out any articles from the newspaper that relate to health and nutrition.
This is something I enjoy to do anyway so it’s not much of a challenge. Everyday that I can (at lease 5 of 7 days) I look through about 7 different online news sources. I also read mens health from cover to cover every month.
I love to read magazines and books. So this one is easy. Sometimes I pick up a Discover Magazine or Time Magazine while out shopping and go to bed early just to read them! Sometimes the stories worry me, but other times, it makes me feel proud to be in America right now.
