Drink more water
Juices and sodas are sweet refreshments that add extra calories. Today, make a conscious effort to cut them out of your day by reaching for water instead.

I usually take a bottle of water with me when out bike riding. I wish I can afford purchasing bottle of water all the time
Will work really hard to get my 8 glasses in today. I may have to add flavoring to it just for something different.
I already get my 8 a day, but more couldn’t hurt!!
since i am in college it is hard to drink sometimes! espically water! i go out and eat with friends and will say i am not paying for water when i have so many bottles in my dorm, so i will get a soda, than when i get back to my dorm i dont drink any water! i am not buying an more soda! i refuse! and this is hopefully going to help with me drinking more water and less soda!!
I am motivated by the entries I see here. I want to work up to 4 glasses a day at work and 4 at home.
I try to drink water, but sometimes I forget to. Now, I’m only drinking
1.Water
2.Coffee
3.maybe a Small Glass of Juice once a week.
well i do not like to drink alot of water but for the next 2 weeks i am going to try to drink at least 5 glasses a day
One thing I do to add to the water I drink is adding lipton to go packets, it’s a zero everything packet. It helps you not to get bored with drinking plain water all the time it adds a refreshing taste.
All I really drink is water and cranberry juice
Water is all I drink. It’s an easy way to keep my calorie count down & keep my digestive functioning well.
i used to drink a LOT of water in the past but now have become so lazy that only drink 4/5 glasses a day…have noticed my skin’s getting duller and my hair has lost the shine it had, have been having more food cravings and acne too…now will HAVE to drink more…had 12 glasses today :)
It is really hard for me to do this, I crave juices ALL the time. Not so much with sodas, but I love juice, so this will be a big challenge for me.
right now, im doing this 6 part meal diet… but i recently decided to start drinking a lot of water, close to 3 liters while im at the university… now, i feel that a lot of people in their busy schedules forget to pack their water… well let me tell you a little bit about packing your water… i usually pack my water in my backpack, before i go to sleep… because i always notice that if i dont do that, than i will inevitably forget… so i recommend you get your water up and running for school or work or whatever you all in this forum do, and just be ready for a full day of peeing out toxins from your body!
With my crazy schedule I’m always forgeting about the most basic things—like drinking enough water. Because I work in the hotel/restaurant business, I have sodas and sugary juices available all the time, making me push water even further aside. BUT, yesterday I bought a case of water and decided to make use of the office fridge. From now on I can hit up the restaurant for a drink only 2 or 3 times a week. Time to rehydrate!
I don’t like water and find it very difficult to drink it. I would be happy to get some suggestions to help me to change this. I love Diet Coke!
I’ve never been a soda person, sometimes a juice person. Mostly I’ve always been a coffee, tea, and water junkie. I always feel like my body is happier with water… it moves more fluidly, and isn’t bogged down by the toxins in most of today’s popular drinks.
I only drink water and hot tea, recently I started drinking diet iced green tea. I don’t like the high refined sugars in soda or juices. I also enjoy the little packets that a few mentioned previously.
I only drink water, and have recently purchased a 2.2. Liter (8 glasses) jug so I can be certain that I am drinking the right amount. I finish it during the work day, and drink more water at home. If I am craving some sugar, I grab an orange or any fruit. It’s all you really need!
I’d like to point out that i only drink water, which was hard at first, but now i dont think about any other juices or soda’s or anything liek that, all i do is drink my waterr : )
I have added a water bottle to my desk accessories. Now after finishing my a.m. cup of coffee I fill the large bottle and sip away during the day. It goes to meetings with me too.
