Do 50 more jumping jacks
A few months ago we posted this challenge and immediately got a huge response. Everyone really seemed to love it. And what’s not to love? Jumping jacks get your heart rate up. They also make you breathe faster and get your blood pumping, all of which increases oxygen in your body. Afterwards, you feel energized and alert.
Today, join us by challenging yourself to do 50 jumping jacks. They’re fun!

im so going to try this. i need to get more active and lose some more weight. hopefully i can sttick to increasing each day by 50 more jacks. im going to start today at night and do my 50.

I did it 50 jumping jacks and then i went on a walk. Thats great! I am going to try to do a little more each time but always at least 50. definitely a good shot of energy.
Today is my first day but I am going to try and do the jumping jacks. I look forward to moving!
This is my first challenge and im going to start to day! I have been praying for energy and i hope this is it. I will keep you posted.
After knee and hip injuries 2-3 years ago, I’ve only been walking and biking. I’m glad to get back to Jumpin Jax—an old favorite that definitely is energizing and keeps the digestive system moving—but I’ll have to start slow and split the 50 into a couple of sessions.

I love jumping jacks! A quick and easy way to get a burst of energy! Good for the teacher, and the students.
