Find an exercise buddy
Many of us are a lot more motivated to exercise if we have someone to do it with. Whether we’re going to the gym, taking a class or going for an afternoon walk during work hours, when we’re accountable to someone else we’re a lot more likely to make a commitment and follow-through.
Today, think about people in your life who might be a good exercise buddies. Find out if they’d be interested in coming along the next time you workout.

Hubby and I are best buds anyway so we have started walking the dogs each evening – its beneficial to the two legged as well as the four legged!

You are right “FeeFee” Being over 40 is a lot harder.
Being over 40 it’s alot harder but it can be done meaning to keep the weight off,but it’s a mind over matter too.So I’m looking for a buddy to keep me on track with tips and other words of wisdom to help in the process.

keeping it healthy
i just look forward to maintaining a healthy lifesyle. i work out almost everyday, and for breakfast, lucnch and snaks i incorperate the healthy diet of kashi.
My boyfriend is very supportive of my goals and even workouts out with me when he’s not tired. When he gives me compliments like how he thinks I’ve lost weigth, I get a little moral boost.
My husband has been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. We are challenging each other to lose the pounds!
My best friend and life long husband has motivated me to lose weight after giving birth. We work out every day four two hours….
