Do a crossword puzzle
If you’ve never done a crossword puzzle before, they may seem pretty intimidating at first. But crosswords come in a range of difficulty levels, from beginner to advanced. If you don’t feel like you’re a “crossword person,” you might simply not have found your level yet.
Today, if you’ve never done a crossword puzzle before challenge yourself to find an easy one and try it out. If you’re a more advanced player, take a few moments out of your day to do one. Crosswords are great for exercising your mind.

I did one today on my lunch break, and finished it for the first time (with a little help from my computer….).
I’m an avid suduko-er and picked up a crossword puzzle book just to try something new. Now I do 3 ro 4 puzzles a day! This really challenges my brain. I love it.
I do crosswords before I go to sleep to help relax (it takes all kinds). So I did a soduku number puzzle—they seem much harder than crosswords, but I got some hints and some of it makes more sense than it did before—it’s important to stretch the old mind to dust out those cobwebs….
