Try a new tea
If you’re a tea drinker, you probably drink the same tea most days of the week. After all, when we find something we like we usually stick to it.
The great thing about tea, though, is that it doesn’t take a lot of effort to break this habit. Teas are readily available in local coffee shops. And some of us may even have a few different types of tea already at home for our guests. Since new studies are emerging all the time on the various health benefits of black, green, and white teas, it’s a good idea to broaden your tea horizons.
Today, if you’re a tea drinker, challenge yourself to try a new tea. Or, if you’ve never been a tea drinker, make an effort to drink tea instead of coffee. You never know when you’ll discover a new taste you really enjoy.

I usually drink Tazo black tea. I’d like to try something new.
I tried a new holiday tea this morning – a plum-flavored spiced tea – that was great. It has all the tastes of Christmas in it – well, except for the chocolate chip cookies, maybe. I also keep a pitcher of iced green tea in the fridge all the time – keeps me from buying the bottled kind and wasting the resources on plastic or glass bottles. I’m always trying new flavor blends – usually using Celestial Seasonings teabags (I like them not just for the taste, but because they don’t waste paper wrapping the teabags in individual little paper or foil bags and wasting string or paper in creating the teabags).
I tried Stash peach flavored tea and it was so good that i bought more. I have also tried the jasmen and green by stash also and it is very light and smooth reminds me of sitting in a field of jasmen and a warm breeze blowing around me.
I tried Nestles Vanilla Carmel Truffle tea this morning after breakfast. It is very good, when you open the box it has that it smells to good to be true smells. But I honestly thing it will be my new breakfast tea for a long time. Tazo makes a calm tea that I drink before bed. At work I drink green tea with lemon zest and honey. However I know Tazo makes an organic chai tea that I want to try. So that will be the one I aim for tomorrow, picked up a box on my way home from work.
I enjoy hot, green tea most of the time. I recently purchased another box of tea that was supposed to ‘ease tension and stress’ but have yet to try it. Since I am making a list of all that stresses me today(another challenge) I am about to go and try the Tension Tamer tea.
Today i had “China Oolong” from Twinings
