Capoeira is awesome. I highly recommend it… and don’t be intimidated by the moves, you don’t need as much coordinations as it appears to show.
i would love to take a capoeira, but i don’t think that there is any place around where i live that offers classes
I recently found out that Capoeira is offered at Fitness West, on Garnet, in Pacific Beach. Fitness West is located right next to Movin’ Shoes in the mall.
