Broccoli offers one of the highest forms of calcium. Be careful, don’t cook it too much or nutrients are lost. Raw is the best form for nutrient consumption.

I eat yogurt every day – I love it! I’ve seen some articles that say it is good for your mouth too, it helps protect your teeth and fight gum diseases.

? love ideas on getting calcium from foods other than milk products. I could eat brocoli at every meal.

I love to add cottage cheese to my salad. This gives me an extra helping of calcium too!

what about vegans? yuck to all of that! =(

sources of animal-friendly calcium:
calcium-fortified soy milk and juice, soynuts, bok choy, broccoli, collard greens, kale, leafy greens, and broccoli.. i belive tofu also has come calcium in it!
