Heads up guys! As far as fats, stay away from unsaturated fats! Saturated fats are fine(in small amounts), unsaturated fats are hard to get rid of. My bio teacher (who is also a nutionist) said that there is something with how the mocules are bonded to make them hard to get rid of.

We all need to have Sat. fat in our stomachs, once we begin eating, for it helps to keeping us filled up, or, not getting too hungry.
